HEADLINE: Talks on taxi policies

A review of taxi licensing in Stockton is being discussed at a council meeting tomorrow.

Stockton Council is looking at its licensing policies following concerns from both customers and private hire and hackney carriage drivers. Changes could include the introduction of drug testing, dress code and restricting the number of licences issued.

The meeting at the town hall starts at Tuesday 10am.

I did, they restricted cab numbers but de-restricted drug taking. :lol: :lol:
