its very simple,

this bloke saw that in rural areas he could provide a good service with a taxi so the council gave him one.

now he wants another taxi, so the council have given him one.

the fact is the council has no choice, and its happening all over the country.

just that stirling thinks its something radical.

What a good idea, providing a service for customer's needs.

Such a shame that some stupid councils think that customers come last, and the existing restricted plate holders come first.
