Under reference to item 4 of page 882 of the Minute of the meeting of this Board held on 1st March, 2007 resume consideration of the undernoted application for the grant of a Taxi Operator’s Licence. The applicant has been asked to appear personally for the first time:-

Date vehicle was 5 years old 1st October, 2006

Remind me what the situation is up there.

If he, or anyone else, doesn't renew in time does the council take back the plate? :?

I would assume so & thats why his application is for a grant & not a renewal

I wonder if his vehicle has been operating since the licence expired ? If so would he have been operating illegally ? mmmm
