any chance of giving me some oil on the cheap? did anyone see the report on pink deisel? the sting got loadsof lorry drivers but unexpectadly no taxi drivers makes you think....

Near where I live they have red diesel on tap right next to the dear deisel.

Very tempting. But why should farmers get diesel cheaper than us. Dont they get enough money from the EU?

sometimes you amaze me with your lack of thought!
the reason why farmers get cheaper fuel is two fold.
1. because the majority of time its used on private land, thier own so no no duty is payable as no one could enter to prosecute anyway.

2. they are producing food and so they are faciliated.

if private hire drivers never went on public roads they could use red diesel too!

Yorkie,let,s ponder for a few moments, ,fine,that would be a very good idea,let the private hire be able to receive the red diesel,but thay are not able to use the highway and byways.

I,ll vote for that.
