Yes,I would give him two.
One for each lapel.
Left lapel H.M.P. Right lapel PARKHURST.
Back of jacket,Not to be let out, until Dead.

This is an absolute shambles on behalf of the council, and more so
the Police who did not stop this man getting his badge.

Fit and proper person,my ar-e.

yours in the trade,

Hangemhigh.

Some councils dont give a stuff.
I think whatever firm the bloke works for should be named and shamed locally.
If he works the ranks only. Then his plate number should be made available so people can bypass him.
But wasnt this the council that banned someone for using a mobile?

Hasn't someone asked why they think that a lad driving with a phone in his hand, is worse than a dirty pervert.

That is a valid point, but I wonder if he disclosed all those incidents to the council prior to having to do it via an enhanced CRB.

If he hadn't then he is also a liar, if he had, then this problem should have been sorted years ago.

No it is not a valid point, the man shouldn't even have the right to walk the streets.

Maybe when this pervert attacks his next victim you would like to go and visit their family and explain to them why you think this peice of [edited by admin] deserved to be part of a trusted profession.

No wonder you post without giving your name, by allowing people like this to "blend in" with normal society the public are at risk, and you would be as guilty as them for allowing it.

Mr Guest you are a disgrace.

B. L .......... on the other hand don't

But if you took that to the logical conclusion then the Birmingham Six, the Guildford Four and the other hundreds that have been locked up wrongly, should still be inside.

On this occasion you might be right, and the council shouldn't license him. But if they gave him a license and he hasn't transgressed since, then the council have little option but to re-issue.

Whether we like it or not.

Andy do you think this man has transgressed? I don't think he has, 3 charges of gross indecency against children, once a pervert always a pervert.

My point was, if he has transgressed since being licensed then the council could easily get rid of his license, if they so wish.

But if he hasn't, then the council are in an awkard position.

At some time they must have deemed him 'fit and proper'. Now if he hasn't done anything wrong since then, then how can the council suddenly decide he is not 'fit and proper'?
