Our council was asked to review the condition that we had to have fire extinguishers.
They wrote to the local fire brigade and got a reply that says basically they want licensed drivers to have a fire extinguisher. However they advised that no-one should use them if they dont feel confident.
So one bright spark asked then if he doesn't feel confident does that mean he doesnt need one.
Only to be told that no he must keep one just in case one of his customers feels confident in having a go.
