Please someone tell me what is the point of CRB checks, if these animals can still get licensed? :sad:

we have a vested interest we leave the high and almighty to make these decisions its been b4 two courts.

There are many fleet insurances that don't ask for the drivers full inns and outs. :sad:

Our licensing officer said yesterday, it's up to the Council if they want to licence a driver, it's up to the firm if they want to set him on.

Thats it in a nutshell
although a very irresponsible attitude for a public official to take.
