At his trial at Leeds Crown Court the jury heard how Mr Martin, then 47, killed his 26-year-old wife Sharon after a row about her socialising with friends until the early hours. Martin exploded with rage when she suggested that she had looked at other men.

After the killing Martin bathed and dried his wife, and then put her to bed in silk pyjamas. He stayed the night with her before giving himself up the next day
.

How safe would you feel if your family was being driven home by him?

Is there a worse council than this.
They license killers and sex perverts.
They license operators that treat women with contempt.
They allow their staff to be treated with contempt.
And they allow a BNP thing to do hospital work.

No wonder they have no licensing staff.

yes a keithley counccillor is a taxi driver, yes he is a BNP Councillor which means he was the prefered choice of an area, yes he was on the telly mouthing.

yes he was sacked by the company, yes I would employ him, yes hes safe doing taxi work.

It is called "political correctness". If you aren't a paid up member of the politically correct club then you are viewed as being a non conformist. The political correct society is mainly made up of politicians, idealists and minority groups, they sometimes think they own the civil rights to the enshrined commodities we label free speech and freedom of thought.

These people feel threatened because they find it reprehensible that anyone should hold a different view to their own.

Political correctness is bordering on the concept of McCarthyism.

The Muslim religion is one such organisation that readily springs to mind. Their treatment of Salman Rushdie is well documented. We are all aware of the politically correct death sentence that was placed upon his head by these religious fanatics with a price tag of two million dollars.

Mr. Rushdie's only crime was not having the forethought to realize the level of hostility his thought provoking comments might create. This was certainly the case in those ultra fanatical religious quarters of the Muslim world where in most part they still live their lives in a reflection of first century.

Another sad part about this episode was the mindless shooting of Rushdie’s Norwegian publisher.

Anyone who questions the validity of the Koran, or the myth or reality of the Muslim religion in the way Mr. Rushdie did, is more often than not labeled an infidel.

"The world has very little to gain from political correctness or indeed from people with closed minds".
