This weeks video will be highlighted on you tube if they can cope with the bandwidth and I can get the appropriate response from VOSA. A minibus sting in Trafford who like Manchester couldn't really give a chit about illegal plying for hire. I ask myself how many cases have VOSA prosecuted in the last year, answer equals very few.
