This is a classic sting of a P/H driver sat on a Manchester taxi rank plying for hire at 9-30 in the evening with not an enforcement officer in sight. The P/H driver was asked how much to Bramhall, Which is a village in the county of Cheshire. The fare is roughly 17 pounds on Tariff one and 22 pounds on tariff two.
