Sick of councils who force you to pay plate holders thousands just to enter the taxi market, maybe you should just take matters into your own hands like this guy did in Dublin, Ireland. He created a homemade “Taxi” sign out of cardboard and taped it on the roof. Yes, it’s an unlicensed taxi, he just got caught by the police
