Does anyone have views on the minimum local authorities have to do by law in order to refuse taxi applications made when there are number limits in place

I seem to remember the Court of Session saying in a Dundee case that a survey 2 years old was historical & out of date

Can't argue with the Court of Session. [-X

And Scottish councils would be a tad daft if they did, which is why Dundee and Edinburgh lost. :wink:

Excuse my ignorance, but what was the scenario in Edinburgh regarding surveys ?

There are a few on here who could give you a far better insight, but I think Edinburgh failed it's defence cos they didn't decide on the applications within the legal time frame.
