If you expect rigorous unmet demand surveys that meet Scottish Government 'best practice' you will be disappointed by Renfrewshire Council's 'in house' surveys, carried out annually between the external Fraser of Allander Institute ones (every 5 years, next one due in August) Here is the most up to date one from last April - DATE------TIME------LOCUS------PASSENGERS 27.4.07----7 to 8pm-----Gilmour St------47 No Waiting 27.4.07----8 to 9pm-----Airport------39 No Waiting 3.5.07----7 to 8pm-----Gilmour St-----34 No Waiting 3.5.07----8 to 9pm------Airport------53 No Waiting 24.5.07----7 to 8pm------Gilmour St------27 No Waiting 24.5.07----8 to 9pm------Airport------63 No Waiting |

I don't think that would stand up as evidence of no SUD in court. I take it nobody has taken them to court? |
