| Post subject: | Penalty Charge notice |
I recieved one from Camden Council for an ilegal U turn. There is no mention on the form of points, does this mean it doesn't attract points or will I be hit for them at a later date? |

Legally speaking it's more like a bill than a fine. Civil rather than criminal

The councils want to raid your wallet. Putting you off the road would be depriving themselves of future revenue
