The thing I can't work out is why a Scottish built motor is perferred to an English built one, in the home of the Scottish parliament.

Usually it's because the English make things better ( ), but not in this case.

Probably because they prefer things at vastly inflated prices, with costly but largely pointless features, with questionable so-called iconic status and which the general public ultimately pay for.

But that's enough about the Scottish Parliament.

Another similarility might be that that those inside have been described as non-entities and full of hot air, but I'm sure the Edinburgh cabbies aren't really that bad!

Another thing in the report is why are they concerned what the PCO in London are doing.

For hundreds of years the English have been told to get their hooters out of Scottish ones, and to be fair they have a point.

So when we grant them freedom ( ), they still want to follow our lead.

Even when that lead is a pretty pony one at that.

I would bet a pond to a penny they will license them.
But whats wrong with drivers having a say on what they spend there hard earned on.
Better still get the council to pay for them and then see what they want between a tx and a e7.
