at BHX at 4.30am, as i dropped, a guy came up to me, "are you free, how much to leicester mate" no Mr LO, i know all about you, ask the rank cabs, so there... |

If my 8 seat PH plated tourneo had been a mwb transit 12 seater PCV then it wouldnt need pre-bookiing would it?.... |

The saying goes. 'Money talks, bullsh*t walks!' If they're paid extra & they're happy to work nights, then what's the problem? All the councillors have to do is approve the idea & ratify the enhanced rates of pay for night-time enforcement officers. After all, the money all comes out of licensing fees, so why should we care if the job is actually going to be done properly? |

having had previous experience of 2 LA's before my current, and knowing my current LO's are, in fact, not LO's at all, i wish you well, but if the lottery is 14,000,000 to 1, id suggest thats better odds than getting anyone from most LA's to work at 4am on a sunday... as you say BC, they charge for it, but wouldnt wanna do it! |

If it's not pre-booked then it needs to be on a registered route. |
