sorry, westside missed your post till now. :oops:

All I'll say for now is the system is as good as I was led to believe. the (few) faults lie with the humans either side of it. :lol: :lol:

having said that the drivers aren't preparing a lynch mob as yet, so they must be ok with it. in fact one of them can't believe how big an improvment to her working practice it's made.

as with everything it needs tweaked. so between now and next weekend Linda (office manager) and myself will probably be Bill and Matt's highest phone call count. :lol: :lol:

Certainly in the early days you need to stay on top of all the borderline issues and missing address then within a couple of weeks it’s a totally different experience. We only write the code, how well it works is up to the user and their tweaking. :wink:
