hi,dont know nothing about meters i,ve been looking at meters on ebay how do you tell whether a meter is callender controlled or not there was one on ebay which said if you hold two buttons down it would tell you the speed you were going is this callender controlled or would a standard one do this aswell

I think they can be set to display the car speed, and bleep if you are going to fast. :shock:

As to whether one is calender control, well apart from the real cheapies most are now. But I would suggest you see what model it is and check out it's functions on the manufactors website.

Most of them are on this sites links page. :wink:

hi, thanks for reply there were to on there the same when i asked questions one said it was callender controlled and one said it werent but they were listed with the same details

Presumably you will be getting a Digitax agent to fit it for you?

Why not ring him with the model number and he might be able to tell you.

They are small rectangular objects which, in London, are safeguards for the travelling public, so the likes of Addison Lee don't charge you a minimum fare of £7.50 before you even start your journey.

Oop's, forgot again, they do rip you of and charge you £7.50.
