Our local repair guy is struggling to find replacement sockets for Motorola GM950 radios the accessory socket where the data cable from the datahead connects to radio its a 16 pin socket. If the cable moves much the pins snap off and whole socket must be replaced only now no spares are available. Anyone know a supplier ?

Ebay or try the communications shops.

Tried Ebay but couldn't find any and googled various things but no joy finding supplier.

Found these, any good and its a Pack of 10..but they're a long way off, that Said Ive bought staff from the States and had little issue other paying a bit of extra tax on collection from the main Post office sorting office.

I found that too but looks like the plug that goes into the chasis socket, the part we need is on chasis and has 16 pins protruding. Thanks anyway.

Its a specific motorola part dont think rs or maplin would have anything suitable.
