basically i brought a gm350 off ebay but this radio is set to 66-88 mhz... my taxi firm runs at 167.000 (ish) how can i change the software or what update file do i need to update this model to accept the highband frequency im after?

surely there has to be some hex file or something that i need to upload to the unit or something along them lines ?

I'll tell you how to do this but only if you can tell me what I need to do to make my hedge trimmer cut trees down :oops:

I don't think it's a case of a simple firmware change, it's a different radio inside, designed to work on much higher frequencies. Hope you didn't pay too much for it!

It cant be done. Put it back on eBay and in future be more careful what your buying
