When the jobs were booked in for the night the system went tits up hence the reason why 300 jobs went missing. I know how it works I've done plenty of shifts in the office.
I take it then that 300 punters were left waiting for non existent cars. I am surprised that the office gets any work. If the other drivers that are being affected by this feel the same way as you, why don't you just set up your own office and then you can have any booking/dispatch system that you like.
