I think some people on here (nidge excluded because his system is sh*t) are rather defensive about their chosen systems.

A message to Mr intheknow.

Good evening,

It has come to my attention that there is a thread on your forum that has a subject matter of Raywood.

I would like to point out that the person "INTHEKNOW" has posted false and very misleading information.

Raywood Europe Ltd are still trading in the UK and did NOT go "BUST".

Next, Sigtec (www.sigtec.com.au) purchased Raywood a long time ago.

Raywood and Sigtec systems are operational in the UK, with three systems in the Liverpool area:

Delta, Seaforth and MerseyCabs. (between these systems it equates to near enough 2500 vehciles)

I would strongly suggest that the information posted should be removed as its not true.

Since we use Raywood I find it distrubing that someone can publish this information without doing their homework.

Raywood Europe Ltd are still registered in Companies House and have a UK office.

I wonder who "INTHEKNOW" works for?

Thank you for your co-operation in this matter as I believe that the forum is a good place but such misleading/factually incorrect information will not do anyone any good.

There you have it in black and white, of the Raywood systems I've seen working the companies that have the system installed are running it with no problems at all. I wish we had Raywood instead of that effort we've got in at the moment.

If this information regarding Raywood UK is not factually correct and is misleading, then please accept my apologies.

My comments were based upon a rumour I had heard, and seemed to be backed up by the domain raywoodeurope.co.uk no longer appearing to be accessible.

However, I accept that this is essentially hearsay, so apologise for my comments.
