does anyone know what camera options are out there, I want to put one in a vw shuttle with either vcr time lapse or digital imaging. Any help would be appreciated, Ive run the idea past the council and they have no objections. |

The ones I've come across are the ordinary video recordings, which use the same tape just re-recording over itself, and the digital one, which photos every 30 seconds and when the doors are opened or closed. If I was buying one today I would go for the video option. I think it's the cheapest, although it's a bit of a pain cos it takes up a bit of space in the boot. |

There are some new ones on the market that were introduced in Mansfield a few weeks ago, they work on a hard drive basis, they can store loads of images so you don't have to keep changing it. |

i dont think i like the idea of tapes, nidges suggestion as in mansfield seems ideal from a customer privacy point of view, downloadable when theres been trouble. regards Captain cab |
