Are there any ear pieces on the market that have a mic that can be placed in front of your mouth

Are there any ear pieces on the market that have a mic that can be placed in front of your mouth Any good...I think you can get it in all sizes to, used in conjunction with a Jabra Gabra 20/20 earpiece you'll pick up the punters directions first time and every time..yes sir!!
