Does the system use the mobile phone network? My trackers do and when there is an extremly high demand for the system everything stops. Midnight on new years eve is obviously the busiest time of the year for these services. |

Sorry to have to repeat last years post again but I had absolutely no issues reported from any of our users on any of the networks. Sounds to me like some of your systems aren’t set up to work right.
