I called them and asked a few more questions, and I have worked out that if you get the sim and register it as a friend or family, you can do this with vodafone all calls from that number are free, so all you pay is £169 for the phone

I take it that this phone would be installed at a place where your customers could use it to call you to make a booking?

Think a few of ours are using them as an alternative to the conventional free phone. As far as I know they were supplied direct from Vodaphone complete with the Sim but I could be wrong on that. I’ll find out more and get back.

I would be a bit concerned about the sim going astray. Does anyone know how secure they are? or got one installed maybe?
