Just like to share those who dont allow drivers to accept jobs if the PDA is out of the cradle.
In the hot weather if the drivers leave their PDA in the heat the PDA does not pick up the power source as the battery gets too hot therefore they keep getting message PDA must be in cradle to accept job. We have told drivers when not on a job to keep the PDA in the shade and out of the cradle.
Problem solved!!
