Hi I have only just started in the taxi business for a local company, the time is wrong on the unit and I wondered if anyone knew how to change it to the correct time? Thanks |

Each unit has it's own code, so I doubt anyone could give the code for your meter. You can adjust 3 mins every month but I think you need to contact the local agent. |

For a Digitax it's something like once every seven days between 11:58am and 12:02pm you press K3 to decrease the time by 1 minute and K4 to increase by 1 minute. You can only do this once in a seven day period and only increase/decrease the time by 1 minute. |

Thanks Quite easy, if you have the pin number for the meter, or even easier if a pin is not required. So, is your meter pin protected? |

Thanks for the replies!! 3 minutes a month lol The £240 a week they want from me is too big a bitter pill to swallow. I'm actually better off financially struggling to find work as a joiner than working flat out as a taxi driver. So the clock wont be an issue after Tuesday when they get the car back! Thanks anyway |

So the clock wont be an issue after Tuesday when they get the car back! Thanks anyway You make a point that is happening elsewhere. When times were good rentals weren't that much of a problem, but now they are. Put your £240 on top of the £150 a week fuel means you will have to work most of your week for nothing. However you have done the right thing by leaving the trade instead of spending all your time moaning about it. |
