Steer fuckin clear it's a bag of shit. They promise the earth and you get nothing only dropped connections, badly designed software which is copied from Diplomats Navigator which worked well, nothing works as it should do they'll paint a glossy picture that everything is good with Mercury when in essence it's shite. There's also a few shell companies operating from within the offices of Exel / Mercury, these are Em-perform, Unwin Social Club and a few others which slip my mind. When Companies operate like this it gives me the jitters especially when the Director has been bankrupt once before If you go down the Mercury route you'll be on your @rse within 6 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID Is that good enough?? |

Sussex wrote: Nidge2 wrote: which is copied from Diplomats Navigator which worked well Someone told me they are doing a 'free' version of this, so is the above ok then? No they ripped Diplomats Navigator to bits to get the coding then modled Mercury on Naviagtor, they missed a few key points out but it works. It isn't free they find a way to charge you for it at the end of the 12 months. That's where we got stung. Sorry Ignore the above I've only just opened my eyes. I thought Sussex was on about Mercury offering free software, I didn't see Diplomats post. |

We are having big issues with Mercury's plotting. We recently upgraded XDAs (which are totally useless due to pathetic battery life, they discharge after 1 hour), so what's happening is that drivers keep being thrown all over the plot, number jumps to end of list. Total PITA. No solution as yet been this way ever since XDA upgrade. Drivers considering leaving the company now as all we keep getting is empty promises. |

Our system was down on Saturday night again at the busiest time of night 23:30, yeah what a time to go down, lost connections the whole shooting match. I bet they had you with their sales patter that it's the best system on the market and nothing comes close to it?? |

I get quite a few leaflets from them telling me how good their system is. I have a special box for all of it. It has a label on it, "Nidge says no" |
