Does anyone else have a roof sign that whistles at certain speeds? Has anyone found a cure?

Window seal??

Do you put it around the top sign to stop the wind from going under the sign or do you put it around the windows so that they don't open and then you can't hear the whistle?

Could be a window seal that's started to perish causing the noise.

I had this problem once. It wasn't the sign, it was the cable that goes to it.
Stuck it down with some wide sparky tape and no more noise.
