I think that with only three cars you’re going to struggle to find anything that meets your quite specific needs from any of the main providers, irrespective of what you pay.
As a general rule, companies of your size tend to work very differently than the larger companies and each one would require a bespoke solution that wouldn’t be viable for any company to attempt to produce. There are some “off the shelf” packages out there that attempt to be all things to all men but inevitably they’re unlikely to do everything you want. My personal recommendation would be that you use some for of intelligent spreadsheet software and that way you can make it work the way you need it.
BTW our software is one of the most advanced systems out there and has never been DOS based. I think that my attempts to help out with some of the smaller companies that post here may have coloured you opinion of our products.
