I was answering the Chris the fish's question. I'm not saying everyone has to wait 5 minutes.
But what do you think happens on other apps that promise the passenger a taxi in seconds or a minute, then the taxi app says sorry we have no drivers available. Do you think the passenger uses that app again.
As I've said we're going to run this like a freight exchange. When a passenger books a job the alerts will go to all the members in the collection area and the members despatch the taxi, once despatched a text will go to the passenger saying your taxi is on its way.
If the passenger can't be bothered to post a job then they can look on the map, click on the closest taxi & call them.
As I've said its also going to be a directory for taxis.
And for all of our members if you only want to use our despatch system in order to save money on radios you are welcome to do this to. It's the same price nothing extra 20p per job you only pay for the text back.
