Sometimes I have to wonder what planet you are on. The meter should be set to whatever tariff is on your table of fares agreed with your council if you are a hackney. Not all councils are the same.

Grandad, its the easiest way, folks will soon learn that if more than 4 they pay more, all those areas where extras are charged for each punter over a certain number would be better off having 2 simple tariffs, have a look at ours on the Scottish borders web site

The tariff sheet I have seen for your area suggests that there are not just 2 tariffs but 6. :?

well the 3 R's probably haven't reached that remote part of the world yet which is probably why they can't count I mean they've only just got a railway 150 years after the rest of us

Skippy, why don't you print out 250 copies of your tariff........

...... Next, string them together...........

...... Now wind them round a cardboard tube.......

.......Then put them on the holder next to your khazi.........

......That will save you from buying toilet paper for a little while.

skippy those distances do not even add up.

i think your local LA was on drugs when they wrote that.

93.6m is 102yds NOT 100.3 as they state..... so technically that tariff fare is wrong.

Apart from the obvious extras issue which sounds like a programming glitch.
