I think the likes of ICabbbi and Autocab do very little in the set up process.

Thus if/when the system start up goes tits up, generally it's down to the operator.

If you go on google you'll find issues with icabbie going back 5 years that still have'nt been sorted today. Call customer being one, navigation another.

Icabbies ok, just full of too many little niggling bugs.
