It appears someone built a self destruct sequence into the mercury programming which has activated tried phoning them up and got told were working on it don't worry booted it up today the sequence has moved forward 10 days looks like they are going to force everyone onto alternative booking and despatch systems a hastle I could well do without |

Thought i'd posted on this one, but backup all your future and regular jobs to pen and paper, incase the licence gets changed again, seen companies unable to access there data when there licence goes. |

tried phoning again and was told they were migrating the license key to another platform and that I would not have any problems the thing is the person i spoke to was being deliberately evasive to my questions which has set the alarm bells ringing I think we are being switched to Icabbi without our consent |

Like Mercury I pity anyone who has to work with iCabbie. Mercury aren't doing the support they're only a reseller of the system. Tech support is in Ireland if you can get hold of them. |

Mysteriously the date of the self destruct has moved to 21st November so they are obviously in control so why not just cancel it altogether why mess their customers around like that |
