It's shit. it's overpriced and useless. There are better systems out there and much cheaper. |

I want to know... Can it be setup to give certain cars better jobs, or NOT give certain cars IVR/destination "as directed"? Can it have an A list of cars, a B list, etc... |

Might explain how I was 1st in queue, sat next to car which was 2nd. Offered job on different plot (rubbish area) so I declined it, said to car 2 'youll get it now', he didn't. 30 secs later offered it again and again declined, still not offered to car 2. Then 30 secs later car 2 offered job, but not the job I'd declined - a job I'm 1st turn on the area we're plotted ! Co-incidence it was a £15 run ? |

It short they all have umpteen preferences that can be added to your profile, with or without your knowledge. So if a good very good type is inputted as an AA job, and you are one of the few cars with an AA preference, you get the job. All the other mugs get the sh**. |

So you refuse to do a job (twice) and moan that the operator doesn't offer you a good job next? Sounds like the Hackney mentality is spreading to PH as well. |

When I worked with it you could have three cars in zone 10 all empty, they'd pull a car off the rank to travel 3 miles to zone 10 to do a minimum fare job then make him travel back to zone 1 (rank plot) empty. |
