Hi, Anyone have any idea how to set up the soft meter on iCabbi ? We pay for our iCabbi through Exel Technology and they don't seem to be able to get our soft meter working at all......despite having the best part of 6 years trying ! Tried all sorts of different settings and it's never even CLOSE to replicating the hard wired meters in our vehicles. Pulling my hair out with this !! Thanks in advance |

We don't use the soft meter in our cars because we use fixed pricing but whenever a job has been entered without a fixed price the sort meter has always worked without issue. Well I assume it is the soft meter. |

Hi all, appreciate this is an older thread, just wanted to jump on to provide some more information on this. Hard meters are supplied with rates directly from the council, the soft meter will at times round up differently as essentially they are calibrated differently. For instance, the council might be calculated in yards, whilst iCabbi is metres.
