what is the best way to put ring back on taxis office phones
without computers.

Unless you physically ask the op to phone when your outside can't see any other option!

Personally - I've been using ringback for a couple of years and think its the best form of self defence going - you stay safe in your cab and have the phone number and address if things go wrong!
