Hi all, Indidem is releasing a new management system on 9th October 2006.

TAPHIS - Taxi And Private Hire Information System incorporates a complete bookings system, street lookup facility (data for your area is provided as part of the package), one click allocation of vehicles, driver ticket print facility, batch invoicing, complete customer/contract records, complete vehicle and related maintenance records, complete driver records and logs, report generator etc etc.

The system will be available for download on 30 free trial, and will cost £499 (+ VAT) to purchase if you would like to. This is a flat fee, there are no other hidden costs anywhere and absolutely no subscriptions. For this price you also get two years free upgrades, so any work on the system during this period will be free.

Please feel free to look at the site, download the trial and use the software, I would very much appreciate your feedback - good or bad.

Any feedback/suggestions received are examined and noteworthy suggestions - if they are within the program scope - will be added to the system and issued FREE for two years from date of purchase.

Thanks for reading,
Best regards

Sam Hazzard

Could firms requesting trials please ensure the information they enter onto the form is correct. We've had a few asking for trials and their email has been wrong, resulting in late delivery of software.

Tar !
