yet another one in the news today. abby national shedding 400 UK jobs and moving the call centre to India.


What the news also says is, call centres in England answer calls quicker and solve 45% of the problems, where as in India they are slow to answer the calls and don't solve half the problems.

Powergen purchased an Italian company last year.
The website is called... wait for it...

Now that takes some balls.. :oops:

Surely someone in the marketing and web team must have spotted that long before the site got registered....
