Taxi Driver Online

We've had a problem all day with one of our cars a Zafira. The gps has had him in the middle of the solent most of the day and he was not happy as being "Out of The Area" he couldn't get any work unless it was manually dispatched to him. Anyone know of any reason why his GPS was playing up?

We're using the Mercurymobile system and usually if we loose the gps we just reboot the pda and it works fine.

I suggested moving his gps airel out of the car onto the roof but he didn't like that suggestion (it worked for me on my 406)

Any thoughts?

We found it..... He was using an extension lead on his fag lighter to run a Road Angel plus a Mobile Phone Charger. Both these droped the voltage going to the cradle and messed it up.
