Looking for a new telephone system for the company wanted to know has anyone had a new system fitted which has call distribution,voice recording & call stats on a monitor for each telephonist to see how many calls they have taken also how many calls missed a bit weary abt pc based systems cuz of them crashing anyone recomend a system with the above features a lot of sales people been & promised the earth only checking here if anyone has anything fitted in their office & it works
