Hi first time user so I hope I get this right.
I am a small firm who has been paying BT a fortune to divert calls from
landline to mobile. Irecently purchased an FCT which has saved me a small fortune.
Problem is I am getting problems with the fct. It sometimes displays (not registered) which means calls are just ringing in my office and not being transfered to my mobile.I also have a voice quality problem ie cant here what people are saying sometimes. The company I use starts with the letter B. I dont want to slander them incase its something else causing fault.
Has anyone had problems with their fct.
Or can you recommend a reliable fct.
Or can you suggest a cheap way of diverting calls.
I currently receive about 3000 calls per month

The simple answer is called SIP (still a bit flaky). Look up "Hosted PBX VOIP" on Google to find out more.

There is a more robust solution. Do you still have premises at or in the same exchange area where the lines originally terminated?
