 Post subject: Ltd Co or Self Employed

Does anyone on the formum works as a Ltd company even though it is just themselves? I ahve been looking at www.franklyaccounts.co.uk and can see some benefits in being a Ltd co.

it usually depends on what amount you take, how much you declare (joke).....

1 man band/1 car probably not worth it THOUGH i do know of a few (cough) "hidden" benefits.....
