There are many many taxi/PH insurance firms out there desperate for your money, so shop around. You can try TDO's link page http://www.taxi-driver.co.uk/links.htm for some, but all the trade mags have dozens of phone numbers.
Your insurance will come complete with Public Liability, or at least should do.
