I keep reading stories about people claiming back many thousands of pounds in un-fair bank charges, and even if only some of them are the true then you have to wonder what any of us have got to lose.

This site seems to be on the ball and has an interesting forum with many successes.

This site has all the info on claiming back bank charges, it's a huge site with loads of info on it. Plus template letters and the way to go about claiming back your charges. Don't enter into claiming them back if your not prepared to go to court but non of the banks have gone that far yet

I think my good friends at OFT are going to say these charges are illegal in a few weeks time.

Which should lead them to be automatically refunded. [-o<
