Been using these for 20 years and never had a problem. A plate your size might need two sets.

Yes. Some of the cheaper ones won't but never had any of these come off in any kind of wash.

Make sure you get the 6mm ones, not the 1mm size, and clean the paintwork and plate with the supplied wipe before sticking them on.

Do you have room to remove the original number plate and replace it with a square motorcycle plate and put your license plate next to it ?

its done now mate, bought the pads as recommended on here , i would have had the room but i think they look awful tbh

If you're allowed get sticky vinyl plates made up, in the same colours, and stick them on, that's what we do, or have a square number plate made, and sit them side by side where the number plates sit, using the number plate holes
