yes after so many breakdowns, complaints to lti, recorded letters without anything being resolved. isent the heap of **** back. long story cut short now ccj. 2moro charging order against my home !!!!. so indirectly the h.p agreement you sign is secured to your home like it or not, because you sign a h.p agree which is not regulated by the consumer credit act. be warned !!!!!!!! anybody out there had sim problems or can help ? p.s lti have since the tx1 & tx11 been using us mugs paying £27k + to test drive there heaps on .there behalf , without any form of recourse !! Have you considered the small claims court? Minimal costs to you, but if LTI contest your claim, it will cost them a few quid no matter what the outcome is. |
