How come it still has the PCO plate? If it is still licensed the plate will have to be returned to PCO if sold.

some merc owner might give him £300 for the number plate, but i think the rest is due a visit to the scrappys.

Definitely one for Blackpool. There's many an E reg still working round there.

By 2010, all Bpool cabs have to be wheelchair accessible, I wonder if the saloon drivers will get TX's or keep up with Bpool's trend of old, brightly coloured Fairways.

I think you will find its an old Met Police one before they went plastic, and eventualy over to TFL.

But your right, it should have been handed back when it expired.
