copy of a plate? I was under the impression that it had to be returned to the PCO. That aside, I expect the mush selling it has just spent the last 20 years moaning about un-licensed vehicles. His actions don't help any attempts of a clean up.

copy of a plate? Its clearly a fake. The new ones have the LT roundel on them with a PCO hologram. Maybe a tout could buy it, install a meter, and he's off! |
